Skinny Ghost Rita Recipe
2 Ounces 100% Blue Agave Tequila
1 1/2 Ounces Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 Ounce Ghost Agave
Shake with ice for 30 seconds then strain over fresh ice into a Tajin rimmed glass

Mango Ghost Rita
1 1/2 Ounces 100% Blue Agave Tequila
1 1/2 Ounces Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Ounce Mango Puree
3/4 Ounce Mango or Orange Triple Sec
1/2 Ounce Ghost Agave
Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a Tajin and Chamoy rimmed glass

1 1/2 Ounces Irish Whisky
3/4 Ounce Ghost Agave
1/2 Ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
Hot Water
Cinnamon Stick
Combine all ingredients in a mug, and warm your soul

2 1/2 Ounces Top Shelf Bourbon
1/2 Ounce Ghost Agave
Big Dash Orange Bitters
Big Dash Angostura Bitters
Stir all together in a mixing glass. Strain over a large rock into a rocks glass . Garnish with a Ghost Cherry, and a orange peel .

Ghost Cherries
1 Pound Fresh Cherries, Pitted
1/2 Cup Brandy
1/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Ghost Agave
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Star Anise
Combine all together EXCEPT BRANDY and boil. Add cherries, turn to medium heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove cherries from glaze and simmer glaze for 30 minutes or until glaze thickens. Add cherries and brandy to a mason jar and pour glaze over cherries. Cool until room temperature and store in a mason jar in the fridge .

1 # Pecans or Walnus
2 Ounces Ghost Agave
1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Toss nuts in mixtrue and place on a parchment lined baking sheet in a thin layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss again and bake another 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and enjoy.
